Bike was delivered at the agreed time. Nice to see a fully equipped van with wheel clamps, ramp and correct straps instead of a tatty old van with bits of rope. Cheaper than renting and fueling a hire van. Would recommend.

Jason provided a superlative service, to the point of changing his arrival time to fit with my work commitments. He collected the bike promptly, and when delivering it, even though my biker son was present, he took the bike into the garage, ensuring it was parked securely. A very pleasant individual, whom I have no problem recommending highly.

Fantastic service from Jason today; there was a mix up by the dealer and the wrong address was given to Alien M. Jason was at the first address (Surrey) early, and when the error was recognised was polite and helpful despite the mix up and brought the new bike back to Suffolk in good time with no hassle. Really friendly and went the extra mile (even helped start her up with me when I was being an over-excited numpty!). Highly recommended and would happily use again.

I needed a motorcycle moving from Hampshire to Lincolnshire and e-mailed several 'specialist' companies for quotes. Most were clearly 'furniture movers' - Jason was clearly a specific motorcycle mover - not the only one of course - but he went the extra mile to accommodate the timescales I needed to achieve - all done with enthusiasm and a helpful attitude - and at a very fair price. Would wholeheartedly recommend Jason anytime.

I picked up Jason's details from Classic Bike magazine. Despite his van clutch going the day before he still collected the bike successfully by hiring another van to keep his promise. His contact during collection of my bike was superb, ringing be when loaded and also keeping me updated during his journey. Would not hesitate to use him again

Excellent Service from Jason - a rare service... in an often difficult scenario - you buy a bike unseen - then look for a collection delivery service - you put your faith in the man who collects on your behalf - let me say now - this man is worth the money - I had never met him - based purely on a few phone calls - the job was completed in the time frames agreed at the price agreed - don't hesitate to use this man if you need a bike collected.

Felt the need to post, after being let down by many other large courier/transportation firms with there false promises...randomly found Alienmotorcycles (Jason Frost) via eBay. Simply wow, fantastic same day service at a great price. Not only was that my experience but the seller also commented on how personable he was.
